Shipping Policy for Canada

We currently offer shipping across all provinces and territories within Canada. Whether you are located in urban areas or remote regions, we aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery services.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please check the shop banner for the most accurate processing times as they may vary depending on the season. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that some items may require additional processing time based on availability.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and see below for estimated times:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays, shipping times may be longer.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 CAD within Canada. For orders under $99, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
  • Some remote areas or territories may have longer shipping times or additional fees. If this applies to your order, we will notify you in advance.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at alpinekneedles@gmail.com. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

8. Duties and Taxes

For Canadian orders, all applicable sales tax (GST, PST, HST) will be added during checkout based on your shipping address. Import duties and taxes may be applied for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
